Hi, I'm Samantha—the heart and hands behind The Foot Alchemist.
My passion is creating a space where you can step away from the demands of daily life and focus on yourself. Whether you're experiencing sore hands or feet, an achy body, a restless mind, or simply seeking a moment of stillness, I am here to offer you a nurturing and restorative experience.
My own healing journey has taught me—and continues to teach me—the importance of rest and renewal. I want you to know that you are not alone. I meet you where you are, with kindness and compassion, supporting you in your journey toward balance and well-being.

At The Foot Alchemist, all feet are welcome. Every body is unique, and the feet serve as doorways to our physical, emotional, and energetic well-being, offering deep insights into our overall health.
In a warm and welcoming environment, your well-being is my sole focus. Here, you are invited to release tension, find stillness, and allow your spirit to feel uplifted. My intention is to provide a space where you can truly replenish yourself—so you can move forward feeling relaxed, balanced, and whole.
I offer a variety of holistic services to support your well-being, including:
- Hand & Foot Reflexology – Restoring balance through targeted pressure points.
- Energy Healing – A blend of Crystal/Reiki, reflexology, vibrational therapy.
- Full-Body Hot Stone Massage – Deep relaxation with the soothing warmth of stones.

The Foot Alchemist is located in Nanaimo’s Old City Quarter on beautiful Vancouver Island, inside Soul Sisters Apothecary at 327 Prideaux Street, Unit 11. Starting November 2025, availability at my home studio in North Nanaimo is available on Mondays and Tuesdays!
